Cover girl...

Last night while blog surfing I saw some posts about American Patchwork and Quilting's new bookazine, Perfect for Precuts.  Imagine my surprise and delight when I realized I was on the cover.   Okay, it was the back cover, but it works for me!  My Ritzy Cracker Quilt is on Row 2, Block 2.  That little quilt has taken me for a wild ride...it was my first MBS project, my first (and hopefully not last!) quilt displayed in Houston at the International Quilt Festival, and now my first quilt featured in a magazine.

Thanks to the Moda Bakeshop team for including my project!  It is so fun to work with the people at Moda because they really are a kind bunch who seems to love what they do!

I *need* a copy of this.  After reading about it on Moda's Cutting Table blogIt looks like it has a lot of fun projects inside..and even on the outside!

  3. How awesome is that? And I love the Ritzy Cracker Quilt and still have my 2 Charm Packs of Fandango waiting to be made into that incredibly fun design! Normally I'd have chosen another fabric line, but what can I say, it was an excuse to buy Fandango.
